So we need to preserve the moment of each new day. I like to meet others that SHARE same interests. Many ask "my trick" when photographing, as if I sneek around in some way. The answer is simple... stop letting prudes bully you around. Stop hiding your camera. In fact, grab a hundred cameras and take thousands of any picture your eye can legally see. Keyword is "legally". LOOKING AT ANYONE (INCLUDING A MINOR) IS NOT ILLEGAL. You are not responsible for the amount of body they expose... THEIR GAURDIANS ARE. If you have to break in to a place or treaspass for example, you would not be there "legally". Therefore you would not have a right to take pictures of what is seen while committing the illegal act. On the other hand, while still in a free country, you have a right to look at whatever you want while legally at a given place. In fact, if ANYONE interrupts your right and/or embarrasses you in the process, you have the right (and I say obligation) to sue them silly. Camera companys will back you (just contact their PR office to get things rolling). The beauty is that once their lawyer files, their attorney educates their half-wit defendant that violated your right (life-guard, security, police, or other employees at the root) with a hefty sum. In my exerience, several times over, the defendant has always settled out of court with a satisfactory sum :-) So get out there and keep your last bit of freedoms in tact. |
